The State Republican Executive Committee (SREC) is the governing board of the Republican Party of Texas (RPT). It has 64 members – one committeeman and one committeewoman from each of Texas’ 31 state Senate districts, plus one Chair and one Vice-Char. All of the SREC members are elected at the RPT convention held in May of Presidential-election years and June of Gubernatorial-election years.
Senate District 25 is the SREC District for Blanco, Comal, and Kendall Counties and a portion of Bexar, Guadalupe, Hays, and Travis Counties as displayed on the map to the right (or below for smaller mobile devices). The SREC representatives for Texas SD 25 are Chris Byrd and Naomi Narvaiz.
The websites of the County Election Offices or County Republican Party Offices are the places to go for information on becoming a Deputy Voter Registrar, an election worker, or a poll watcher. The websites also have election notifications, sample ballots, and election results.
